Our talented designers blend the latest up-market features into their designs creating the perfect home for years of comfortable living or to make it attractive for the market place. All plans are submitted for review to the company’s lead designers to insure the highest quality design is achieved. With over 40 years of experience, ULTRYX is familiar with the Las Vegas Valley and its unique challenges and requirements. Our experience ranges from custom single-family homes to a small custom community.

First, contact our design team. We will talk and begin to get a feel for your needs and offer design suggestions to consider. We encourage our clients to send in photos, sketches, or whatever may help convey your ideal home to us. Your property is also an important part of the design, so we encourage you to have as much information about it as well. After discussing the style of the home and all of its elements, we will develop a time line for the project and review the fees. When the project is approved, we will sign a contract and you will become a client of the ULTRYX Design Group.
