- Our designers will modify the plan and offer you design solutions.
- We can make changes like enlarge a kitchen, add a bedroom, rearrange rooms, or enlarge or reduce the square footage of one of our plans.
- If you want a basement or wood floor we will draw them for most plans for a nominal fee.
- Although mechanical and plumbing plans, are not included in the standard package they are available as optional items.
- We can modify the exterior to look the way you like.
- For an additional fee we will update any plan in our design library and guarantee the plan will pass your building department requirements (we must limit this offer to good soil condition, reasonable site conditions and standard roofing loading areas.)
